30-minute video call. You tell us about your process, we ask targeted questions and give an initial assessment of whether and how automation would make sense. No slides, no sales pitch.
Q.At what size does this make sense?
As a rule of thumb: the integration becomes economically worthwhile from about 500 transactions per month. Below that, it rarely pays off — and we say so honestly.
Q.Which ERPs do you work with?
Business Central (REST), SAP (ORDERS05 IDoc) and custom REST backends are proven in production. Other systems are technically possible — we'll clarify that in the intro call.
Q.Where does my data live?
Two operating models: dedicated instance in the aikyma Azure cloud or directly in your Azure tenant. Details on the product page.
Q.How long does rollout take?
Typically 4–8 weeks from analysis to production. No 6-month projects, no hidden scope creep.
Q.What does the first integration cost?
